Joes Bungalow Yala is located in the peaceful Kirinda area, close to Yala National Park and the southern coast of Sri Lanka.

The property can be reached from Bandaranaike International Airport in approximately 4 hours by car, depending on traffic and road conditions, with the Southern Expressway providing a convenient route for much of the journey.

Yala is often included as part of a longer Sri Lankan tour, with guests commonly travelling from the hill country or the southern and western coastal areas. For guests arriving by air, Weerawila Airport is approximately one hour away by road and is served by small aircraft, including scheduled domestic services.
